돌솥밥&설렁탕
The way people ate during this meal was fresh for me. firstly, we took out the rice from the stone iron pot. A layer of rice was left in the pot(scorched rice누룽지锅巴). Then, we filled in some water and left it aside. After finishing the 설렁탕, it was the time to eat the scorched rice. The pot was really hot when it was served at beginning. It is used to make this kind of scorched rice, and korea people really love it. But people usually don't make scorched rice in home because it is not easy to cook.

Food: 오뎅뚝배기
오뎅뚝배기 Japanese style noodle.
We had dinner in a Japanese restaurant today. before I entered the restaurant, I was told that we were going to have japanese noodle. That reminded me the time when I was intern in Motorola. I often went to the japanese restaurant to have noodle. The whole picture of the japanese noodle as well as the smell and taste came up to my mind...Sometime later, our orders were served. but the noodle was not as same as I imagined. It looked more like Jigae ^-^! The japanese style noodle had already customized to Korea style food that you can "see" the spicy~ . It is hot and spicy. I have to keep drinking the cold water to reduce the hot feeling in my mouth. And still, I enjoy it~

A little knowledge of taking photo^^
By adjusting the aperture size, the photo will show different effect. when taking this photo, the apertue is tightly closed. Comparing to the photo below, the whole picture is much clear.
When wild open the aperture size, the focus will be getting smaller. we can see that the toy in the photo is clear while the around area is blur .
Depth of field(DOF) is 'the range of focus'. In other words, DOF is the sharpness of front and back of the focus object(target).Deep DOF means the image has wide(from front to rear) range of focus. You'll get clear background.Shallow DOF means the image has narrow range of focus. You'll get blurry background.
The major factors affecting DOF are:
1) Focal length of the lens. Short focal length=deep DOF.
2) The aperture size. Narrow aperture=deep DOF.
3) The distance of object. Distant object=deep DOF.
Aperture is the hole to accept lights.
Suppose the size of aperture is really small... like a pinhole. And suppose that you are seeing an object through the pinhole. You'll use only one eye and just can see the front of the object through the pinhole. You can't see left or right side of the object. You can hardly sense the distance between you and the object, and also the distance between the object and the background.
Next, when the aperture size is big enough as the size of a soccer ball, you will be able to use both of your eyes, see front and also some of the left, right side of the object. Now you can fill the distance of the object.
The bigger size of the hole(aperture) means the wider angle of incoming light rays.Wide angle of light rays tend to produce more 3-dimensional images. But actually the image is 2-dimensional, out-of-focus areas are blurred. On the other hand, narrow angle of light rays produce flat images.

Note: there are some letters on the dial. "M"stands for "Manual", it means user can set the Aperture size and Shutter speed; "Av"stands for "Aperture value",It means When you set the aperture size, camera will determine appropriate Shutter speed. "Tv" stands for "Time value". You set the time(Shutter speed), camera sets aperture size automatically."P" is "Program". Camera determines everything according to its 'program'. this mode is suitable for the person like me to use. ^^! it is simple...[Some camera has different labels :Av = Fv = F/Tv = Sv = S]

Experience acupuncture
It was not as hurt as I thought. And after the acupuncture, I felt much better. it is amazing~. After the treatment, I am very curious about why the western style dorctor asked me to keep my foot stable, while the eastern style doctor asked me to exercise my ankle. I don't know who is right, but after I throw away my plaster, I walk faster than before.
